5th Anniversary Event

Every day during this event, as soon as you log in, you get a coin? What good is this...?

Talk to Eavan to start the quest. She gives you a stamp book. When you open teh book, you're given a visual hint of what NPC you should talk to next...

However, the hint pictures are in greyscale. So you can't use color to help you figure out where to go. Sometimes the hints are pretty obvious, though.

The first few were pretty easy (Hint: Tir~Dunbarton~Bangor).

(#'s 2 and 3, in color after I found the NPC).

Number 4, well ... the pic was obvious, but ...

Yeah, Rua. She's not always at the bar, and I don't know a working timer. But, got pretty lucky. 2nd try she was there.

#5 there, I had no idea. It ended up Eabha in Tailteann. Yes, Taillteann... this is an Erinn Runner event! Luckily, none were in Iria. So, more like Uladh Runner.

They even made the stamps tilted to make them look, well, stamped.

THIS one gave quite some trouble. I thought it was Aranwen in Dunbarton, but ... it was way farther away than that! Lilith in Tara.

Cooking ... pot ... I remember that... ! I only went there earlier and took a bajillion pics!

Eventually, I got it done. 3 of the people were at Tara (and two of those in the castle). I brought the book to Eavan for my reward.

It was newbie clothes. Yipee (sarcasm). The ones on the ground here look way better. But, of course, they are not tradeable, and thus, not lootable.

Apparently, the more coins you collect, the better clothes you get from Eavan when you turn the book in, and supposedly you cn repeat the book. Like heck I'm doing that. Waste of time for clothes I can't even put on the pet! My armor already can't be stored on pet or in the bank, why would I want a 2nd set like that?

Oh yeah! Also, the, NPCs give you a scrath-off card when you get stamped. You use the card, then scrape away the area for a code. The code really means nothing; just hit the left button to redeem the prize. I got coins, bandages, feathers, and potions. Lame stuff.

  1. The more 5's in your scratch-off, the better the prize.
