Fairy Pets! + Dice is back!

We got Sprite pets. They look like Navi from The Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time.

Rainbow Sprite is a limited time pet, and it changes colors. Also, you can wear the pet to look like fairy wings. It's not just aesthetic --- the pet provides 2 protection and 2 defense points, too.









Yay Dice is on! Funny guy!

We decided to ask/force him to help with my G1 Fiodh. While waiting for the moongate at Tir, he started using alchemy on the Gray Wolves.

Amazing 4 damage Thunder.

In Fiodh, I saw Dice's pet, a catgirl!




They use Final Hit on the boss.

At some point, Herro and I went to Barri to do his "Kill an Ogre Warrior" quest. It went bad when 2 aggro'd me at once. My instinct says "Play dead!" but ya know ... Stomp hits through that.

Baldur's Gate 003

Previous We return to the map south of the Friendly Arm Inn to hunt the ogre that stole all those belts. We found it easily enough. It aggro'd Soma, who I moved back so he could start shooting. Then, when everyone else mobbed the ogre, it got kinda stunlocked in the trees and went down without a fight. It was very anticlimactic. I was almost hoping for Xzar to get whacked since he ran into melee range. Alas. I really thought someone was going to die. Ogres hit like a truck and could easily one-shot any of our level 1 party.  Anyway, the Ogre had two unidentified belts to bring back to the quest giver. But instead of going right back to the Friendly Arm, we explore the rest of this map, and run into these clowns. Jaheira:  There is no surrender for carrion like these.
