G11 Log-in screen

So, G11 is out on KR main. I'm pretty sure I have to finish G9 and G10 before I can do it.

Here's the log-in screen.



See the picture on the right? It's the famous painting "Napoleon Crossing the Alps" but with a pegasus. I snickered.

I wonder if the other paintings are famous pictures, too.


Then I tried to do the 5 year anniversary event. It required fishing. I gave up after using up (failing) the free event candy bait tin. I can't figure out how to get another one...

I saw that my guild has a guild robe, but when I tried it on via preview....

Whoa. The preview melded with my sheep robe! Pretty creepy.

And that's it. I'm planning to do some Karu spider runs in an attempt to get -CP gear later. I'm too lazy to finish off 1,500 strong/awfuls with windmill when they take effort to kill. But If it were some easier monsters...! Really wish I hadn't raised my combat mastery so high. Ah, the follies of newbieness, way back when I started.

Baldur's Gate 003

Previous We return to the map south of the Friendly Arm Inn to hunt the ogre that stole all those belts. We found it easily enough. It aggro'd Soma, who I moved back so he could start shooting. Then, when everyone else mobbed the ogre, it got kinda stunlocked in the trees and went down without a fight. It was very anticlimactic. I was almost hoping for Xzar to get whacked since he ran into melee range. Alas. I really thought someone was going to die. Ogres hit like a truck and could easily one-shot any of our level 1 party.  Anyway, the Ogre had two unidentified belts to bring back to the quest giver. But instead of going right back to the Friendly Arm, we explore the rest of this map, and run into these clowns. Jaheira:  There is no surrender for carrion like these.
