Giant Bear and Friends

Herro and I were headed to Black Dire Wolves for my quest, and what was in our way? Giant Bear!

Herro immediately went to work.


His dog aimed for the Giant, I went after the minion.


Giant aggro'd me though ...


Sameron's back for more.


Giant just knocks him aside; it's me he wants.


Sameron's next try gets him killed.


His dog that got him the finish... I kinda wanted it, though. Next time, I guess.


Meh. We went to kill my 5 wolves, and then I decided that's it's pretty dumb for me to keep doing my hunting quests when Herro still has to do his up at Tir. So we went back.

Harvest Moon!


We couldn't figure out what that quest was, so after taking forever to give it up, we went to Alby.

It would look funnier if he were age 10 ...

Gah, another Giant Bear! XD


Heading to foxes, we found these guys.




My strategy is pretty simple ... Counter ...


And magic ...




That's a Giant bot, btw. I want to kill it!

Not long after that ... I got really bored ... and sleepy ... so I got off to take a nap ^^;;

Baldur's Gate 003

Previous We return to the map south of the Friendly Arm Inn to hunt the ogre that stole all those belts. We found it easily enough. It aggro'd Soma, who I moved back so he could start shooting. Then, when everyone else mobbed the ogre, it got kinda stunlocked in the trees and went down without a fight. It was very anticlimactic. I was almost hoping for Xzar to get whacked since he ran into melee range. Alas. I really thought someone was going to die. Ogres hit like a truck and could easily one-shot any of our level 1 party.  Anyway, the Ogre had two unidentified belts to bring back to the quest giver. But instead of going right back to the Friendly Arm, we explore the rest of this map, and run into these clowns. Jaheira:  There is no surrender for carrion like these.
