Dark Wizard 01

I am setting up the story here.
Ord 29th - Morning
I haven't been getting much sleep lately. Who can sleep? The darkness on the horizon is closer every day. Soon it will be here.
Every other stronghold has already been taken. When Quentin falls, the demon army will have won. It has happened so fast, there was no time to prepare against them. And we have no experienced warriors here to save the day, no powerful mages, no trained archers. There's no hope.
King Armer certainly hasn't had any rest. He looks worse every day. At his age, I'm surprised he's able to stand so firm against surrendering. But the pressure is wearing him down.
Who knows, if we surrender, maybe Velonese will let us live. Messages have come from conquered lands, telling us that anyone who doesn't resist the demon army is spared. But as one of the king's most trusted advisers, I doubt I'll be allowed to live in this new kingdom of darkness.
I'm not a religious man, but if you are there, Goddess Sabrina, shine your light on us!

Andrew shouts as he attacks a demon.
Demon: Scraaaaaaw! *dies*
Andrew holds up a small teddy bear.
Andrew: Ha, it looks like you brought me luck again, old pal.
Scene switches to the throne room at Quentin castle. Susan is holding a small teddy bear in one hand while kneeling before the king.
King: Hmm, a vampire hunter, eh?
Susan: Yes, you are familiar with them. The route is dangerous. If your majesty wishes, I know one with tremendous power.
King: Yes, I have heard that in addition to the harm caused by Velonese's army, he has brought to life deadly vampires cloaked as friends to fool us. Thank you for your help, Susan.
Susan: It is nothing. I shall summon him at once. If your majesty wishes.
Scene switches to night, at a balcony. The king is alone.
King (thinking to himself): Vampires. It appears that they have increased in numbers thanks to this dark wizard Velonese's resurrection.
An evil laugh interrupts his musing.
Voice: Velonese? Compared to me he is nothing!
King: W-Who is it?
Amon appears and strangles the king with magic, and then bites his neck and sucks his blood.
King: A vampire? A-Aargh... (various dying sound effects)
Amon: Ahahahaha. Have no fear. I, the dark puppetmaster, will defeat Velonese instead of you! (he wipes the blood off of his mouth)
Amon: After all, Velonese is still human. Even if his power is equal to that of Arliman, it is I, a vampire, who is the rightful ruler of the darkness. (maniacal laughter. He changes his form to look like the king).
The next day Amon appears before the people pretending to be the king, laughing internally.

Ord 30th - Morning
It's amazing what one night of rest can do. The king is like a whole new person, no longer weary from all of our troubles. He has proclaimed that we are not going to give in to Velonese and his demon army. We will fight.
He's kept me busy today. I am now in charge of recruitment. The notice for our Holy Army has been posted. I only hope we still have people willing and able to answer the call, and that we are not too late.
I've also been ordered to find a map of our situation. It's pretty simple.
We do know the general range of the four demon lords. The ones nearest to us are named "Aracna" and "Aqua." Neither have advanced on us yet.
The king doesn't plan to wait for them, assuming we can scrounge up an army...
