Previous --- Index So you're getting frustrated by all the agents you've lost to the brainsuckers. Or maybe the enemy UFOs are way too powerful and keep destroying your hovercars in one hit. Don't feel bad for resorting to game editors. I did. Here's a little guide on how to fix yourself up using a couple of game editors. Midnight Editor The first editor I'm introducing is Midnight Editor, made by Marcin Wichary. You can download it and some other tools here: http://www.devisraad.com/xcom/apoc.htm Open the editor, click the "Savedgames" tab, and load up your game (it must be a save in the Cityscape). This editor is very easy to use. The "Bases/Buildings" tab allows you to finish all buildings being built with one button, and allows you to change the cost of buildings. You can also easily modify your cash on hand. In the "Vehicles in Stock" tab you can change the price of vehicles at the store and how many are ...
Previous We return to the map south of the Friendly Arm Inn to hunt the ogre that stole all those belts. We found it easily enough. It aggro'd Soma, who I moved back so he could start shooting. Then, when everyone else mobbed the ogre, it got kinda stunlocked in the trees and went down without a fight. It was very anticlimactic. I was almost hoping for Xzar to get whacked since he ran into melee range. Alas. I really thought someone was going to die. Ogres hit like a truck and could easily one-shot any of our level 1 party. Anyway, the Ogre had two unidentified belts to bring back to the quest giver. But instead of going right back to the Friendly Arm, we explore the rest of this map, and run into these clowns. Jaheira: There is no surrender for carrion like these. Caravan Bandit Leader: Have ta kill ya now. Nothin' personal, ya understand? [Video - Bandit Fight ] I recommend watching for Xzar's reaction. Rest in pieces, Montaron. When a character dies, all of their ...
I've been reading Foruba (the 'cute' Japanese nickname for Fruits Basket ) manga for a while now. The series started off wonderfully. I loved it and was hooked rather fast. I actually bought the first 12 volumes for a steal on eBay. The plot sounds lame, but the characters are quite likable. Basically, Tohru is living alone, has nowhere to go, and she happens across the Sohma family, and they take her in, only for her to find that many of the Sohmas are cursed and change into animals when they come into close contact with people of the opposite sex. This last part always sounded ridiculous to me, so I avoided the series until Herro asked me to watch the anime with him online once. I also avoided it because Tohru's eyes are freaking huge and scary! Pic from this site . If you can get past this plot element, the series is rather interesting as you get to know the characters and their struggle with the curse. It starts off rather comedic (haha you can turn i...
